Anne Sado, Chair
Anne is president of George Brown College, a position she has held since January 2004. Prior to joining the college, Anne had a long and distinguished career at Bell Canada, holding many senior positions in engineering, operations, customer service and business development. A recipient of many awards for her volunteer activities, Anne is active with OISE at the University of Toronto, the Toronto City Summit Alliance, the Toronto Region Immigrant Employment Council and ORION, the advanced Optical Research Network in Ontario. In 2008, she assumed the role of Chair of Colleges Ontario’s Committee of Presidents. She is also a director of Legacy Private Trust.

William F. Rogers, Vice Chair
Bill is managing director and CEO of CCC Investment Banking - a mid market investment banking firm specializing in corporate finance, mergers, acquisitions and divestitures.
Bill is also a director of Cuddy International Corporation, a trustee of the Sir Royalty Income Fund, and is a member of Credit Valley Golf and Country Club, Ontario Racquet Club, the Ontario Club and Clublink Golf Courses.

Lloyd R. Posno, Secretary
Lloyd is a member of the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants and a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Ontario. He is a retired partner of Ernst & Young LLP and was claims manager for Ernst & Young International. He is a former financial advisor and charter member of the Ontario Institute of Advocacy Training. Lloyd is a board member of the Canadian Red Cross Society, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Georgian Bay Forever and formerly a member of the Executive/Finance Committees and a past president and board member of the London YM/YWCA.

Nicholas Zelenczuk, Treasurer
Nick is the Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the Canada Pension Plan Investment Board. The Canada Pension Plan Investment Board is a professional investment management organization that invests the funds not needed by the Canada Pension Plan to pay current benefits on behalf of 17 million Canadian contributions and beneficiaries.
Nick has over 20 years experience in the financial services industry where from 1998- 2001 he was President and Chief Executive Officer of Deutsche Bank Canada.
Nick is a chartered accountant and currently serves as a director of the Wellesley Institute and Opera Atelier.
