At Trillium Health Centre, we are
all about providing patients and families services that will
promote and improve our patients’ health. Staying in
touch with family and friends plays an important role in a
patient’s recovery process. For this reason we offer
two ways in which you can stay in contact with a loved one.
Contact a Patient...
By Telephone
Let your loved one
hear directly from you. Telephones are located beside each
patient’s bedside. Friends and family members are welcome
to call anytime between 7:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m.
If you have a touchtone
phone, dial our automated attendant at (905) 848-7580 and
enter the patient’s extension.
Or
Speak
directly with a Trillium representative. Call Patient
Enquiry at (905) 848-7533 and ask to be connected to your
loved one.
Contact a Patient...
By E-mail
Send a reassuring
message they can read over and over again. To e-mail a loved
one, simply complete the form below, making sure to include
the patient’s full name and room number.
Your message will
be printed and delivered to your loved one, or depending on
their condition, to an appropriate party on-site within two
business days..
Please note that
in an effort to deliver your message, your e-mail will be
forwarded to the appropriate staff, and therefore is not strictly
private. Please do not include any confidential information.
E-mailing patients
at Trillium is a one-way service only. Patients do not have
the means to respond to your message. Please do not expect
a reply.
