Bike for Betty

We invite you, your family and
friends to get out your bikes and join us on Sunday, May 25
for our first annual Bike for Betty. The non-competitive bike
ride will start and finish at Memorial Park, Port Credit,
sticking closely to the beautiful Waterfront Trail bike path.
Choose a distance that is right for you: 2k, 15k, 30k, 40k
or 75k.
Aside
from great exercise and time with your family, you'll enjoy
live entertainment, healthy snacks, great giveaways, face-painting
and clowns for the children as well as the chance to win great
prizes. Fundraising proceeds will benefit the Betty Wallace
Women's Health Centre.
The Betty Wallace Women's Health
Centre offers early detection and treatment of breast cancer
and osteoporosis. The Centre has become an indispensable,
highly-regarded part of this community serving more than 200
women each week, saving and prolonging many lives.

2008 Pro-Am Golf Tournament

us at our 16th annual Pro-Am Golf Tournament – one of the
GTA's premiere charitable golfing events – at the prestigious
Mississauga Golf & Country Club on Monday, September 8th.

the excitement of one of the area's most challenging courses

for the evening festivities. The Tournament will be limited
to 24 teams. A professional golfer will join each team for
the day.

its inception in 1993, the event has raised more than $1.8
million for Trillium Health Centre's Cardiac Care Program.

death in Ontario , especially in the middle-aged and the elderly.

Jane Rogers Championship of Mississauga

The Jane Rogers Championship
of Mississauga is the only full field Canadian Tour
golf event in the GTA, and is named in honour of Jane
Rogers, who passed away in March after her battle with
cancer. Her legacy of caring, giving and charity will
live on as this event will raise much needed funds for
the Colorectal Cancer Association of Canada and the
Trillium Health Centre Oncology Clinic. In addition,
Landmark Sport Group has donated all management fees
in honour of Jane, resulting in all NET proceeds going
directly to our charities. Students, children and seniors
will also be able to attend all days for free, an unprecedented
approach for an event of this magnitude.
Partnered with the City
of Mississauga , the Jane Rogers Championship will once
again return to the historic Lakeview Golf Course from
August 18th -24th, 2008 and will attract some of the
world's best young players. If you are interested in
