Ways to Give
There are several ways for you to be a friend of the Trillium
Health Centre Foundation that would make a real and lasting
difference to your community.
Gifts of all sizes enable Trillium to advance medical innovation
and discovery, ensuring patient care of the highest quality.
Annual Donations
- Join the many individuals and organizations that contribute
financially to Trillium Health Centre. This support is a
vote of confidence in Trillium’s ability to provide
leadership in medical progress through clinical innovation,
medical research and medical education.
- There’s no time like the present to help your community
and a cash contribution is a wonderful way to witness the
rewards of your generosity firsthand.
- The Leadership Circle recognizes individuals who have
donated $250 or more in the previous calendar year.
- Leader ($250 to $999)
- Ambassador ($1,000 or more)
- Receive an immediate tax receipt for the amount donated.

Monthly Pre-Authorized Contributions
- An annual gift is spread into smaller, more manageable
payments.
- One income tax receipt is issued for all contributions
made during the year.
- Cuts down on paperwork by eliminating cheque writing,
filling out forms and mailing envelopes.
- Payment changes or cancellations can be easily made in
writing to the Foundation office.
- Patients can count on you to care everyday.

Memorial Donations
- A donation made in memory of a loved one is a thoughtful
way to remember them.
- Tree of Life
An inscription on the “Tree of Life” honours
deceased individuals who have had donations totaling
$1,000 or more made in their memory. The “Tree”
is located in the lobby of Trillium - West Toronto.

Tribute Donations
- A “Tribute” donation is a unique way to say
“thank you” to a Trillium caregiver, honour
a friend or loved one, or to celebrate a special occasion.
- It’s a gift that helps others.

Matching Gift Programs
- Many companies match their employees’ charitable
donations. Double your donation today.
- Contact the HR department at your company to find out
if they have a matching gift program and, if so, how it
works.

Organize Your Own Event
- Special events organized by community groups are a great
way to raise funds for Trillium Health Centre Foundation.
i.e.: Golf tournaments, Galas, Walk-a-thons, special dinners,
