We have recently created two free health
information telephone helplines for the Chinese and South
Asian Communities. Help is available in five different
languages on the following topics:
- Finding a family doctor
- Health information questions
- Information about community agencies and support groups
- Booking a Trillium interpreter for medical appointments

Our
focus for January 2008 is End of
Life Care.
We have many handouts and brochures available on
providing compassionate care to those who are dying.
We also have several publications on advance planning directives
power of attorney information.
In addition, the Centres have several books and videos
on the topic which are available for two-week loans.
Opening hours at both Centres are 10:00 a.m.
- 4:30 p.m. Monday to Friday.
