This is a new service from the Ontario Ministry of Health
and Long Term Care. Click

team, or emergency room by typing in your postal code.
Health Care Connect
This new program, also administered by the Ontario Ministry
of Health, is to help people find a family health care provider.
Ontarians can call 1-800-445-1822
to register with the program.
