Partnering for Patients – Your opinion matters to us!
Please join us for Community Forums on the proposed merger of The Credit Valley Hospital and Trillium Health Centre
Mississauga/West Toronto – On April 7, the Boards of Directors of The Credit Valley Hospital and Trillium Health Centre announced their plans to merge the two hospitals with the vision of creating a new organization that will provide the best quality patient care for our communities.
We believe that this partnership will help us improve patient care, but we need the input of our patients, community members and health system users to make sure we get it right. Your opinion matters to us!
We need to hear from you - to understand your concerns and listen to your ideas for potential opportunities regarding the proposed merger.
We are holding a series of six community forums, open to everyone, in Mississauga and West Toronto in the coming weeks.
