Trillium Health Centre’s Paediatric Diabetes School Toolkit: Diabetes in Children and Teens - A Survival Guide

Please join us for the official launch of “Diabetes in Children and Teens - A Survival Guide,” developed by Trillium Health Centre’s Paediatric Diabetes Team, in collaboration with local school boards, Public Health units, hospitals and Community Care Access Centres (CCAC). 

The diabetes school toolkit was designed to help teachers support students with type 1 diabetes in the classroom.

Please join us for a celebration of the successful launch of the diabetes school toolkit in all four of our local school boards

Hear first hand accounts from students with diabetes and the teachers who helped create the materials about how everyone is benefiting from this amazing education and awareness partnership.
