Trillium kicks off Health Talks with cardiac chat on February 25
Mississauga/West Toronto (January 22, 2010) - In an effort to engage community members in becoming managers of their own health, Trillium Health Centre is introducing Health Talks, a series of six educational seminars focusing on specific health-related topics throughout 2010.
The first Health Talks seminar will take place on February 25, 2010 and will focus on cardiac health, including handy hints to keep your heart healthy and simple heart attack prevention tips. Information about the regional STEMI/PPCI program at Trillium will also be shared.
The February 25 session is open to all members of the community and will feature presentations from cardiac specialists.

The second Health Talks seminar will take place in April with a focus on Diabetes.
