Anne Sado appointed new Chair of Trillium Health Centre Board
Mississauga/West Toronto - Janet Davidson, O.C., president and chief executive officer, Trillium Health Centre, is pleased to announce Anne Sado as the new chair of the Board of Directors. Ms. Sado has been a member of the Board since 2001, most recently serving as vice-chair.
“Trillium Health Centre is very fortunate to have Anne Sado, a strong, compassionate leader, as the new chair of our Board of Directors,” said Davidson. “Our entire organization will benefit from the unique experiences she brings to the role and from her inspirational vision and commitment to providing our patients with the best possible experience.”

Biographical Information
Anne Sado is an experienced Toronto business and social services leader who brings enthusiasm and passion for excellence to her role. She is a strong leader, with extensive experience in both the private and public sectors.
She is currently the president of George Brown College. As the institute’s primary ambassador, she has led the organization through five years of unprecedented growth and renewal. Prior to George Brown College, Ms. Sado spent 25 years at Bell Canada, holding many positions in operations, business planning, business development and customer care.
Ms. Sado, who lives in Etobicoke, holds a Masters of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Industrial Engineering, both from the University of Toronto. She is a director with: Toronto Region Research Alliance; Legacy Private Trust; ORANO; and a member of the Dean’s Advisory Board with OISE at the University of Toronto.

In turn, Ms. Sado would like to announce the election of: William Rogers, managing director and CEO, CCC Investment Banking as vice-chair; Lloyd Posno as secretary and Janice Baker as treasurer. Ms. Sado welcomes new directors: Subhash Bhandari, president, Sugiga International Inc.; J. Fred Kuntz, past editor-in-chief, The Toronto Star; Maureen Jensen, senior vice-president, Surveillance and Compliance, Investment Industry Regulatory Organization of Canada.
