William F. Rogers appointed new Chair of Trillium Health Centre Board
MISSISSAUGA/WEST TORONTO, ON – The Board of Directors of Trillium Health Centre is pleased to announce the appointment of William F. Rogers as the new Board Chair. Mr. Rogers has been a member of the Board since 2003, most recently serving as vice chair.

Rogers, a highly-respected member of our business community and strong strategic thinker, as the new chair of our Board of Directors,” said Janet Davidson, O.C., president and CEO, Trillium Health Centre. “Our entire organization will benefit from Bill’s strategic acumen, broad experience and sound advice.”

Biographical Information
Mr. Rogers is managing director and CEO of CCC Investment Banking, a mid-market investment banking firm specializing in corporate finance, business strategy, and mergers and acquisitions. He is a strong leader with extensive business experience in corporate finance and strategy, international banking, and mergers and acquisitions. He brings strong strategic planning and management skills to his work with charitable and community organizations.
Mr. Rogers is a trustee of the Sir Royalty Income Fund, and is a member of Credit Valley Golf and Country Club, Ontario Racquet Club and Clublink Golf Courses.
