Trillium’s ‘Bike4Betty’ fundraising cycling event offers fun for the whole family

Bike 4 Betty

Mississauga/West Toronto - There is something for the whole family at Trillium Health Centre’s 3rd annual Bike4Betty cycling fundraiser on Sunday, May 30 at Port Credit Memorial Park.

Aside from great exercise and time with your family, you’ll enjoy a great barbecue, live entertainment, clowns, face painting, balloon artists, inflatables for the kids and a BMX demonstration.

Non-competitive bike riding begins at 7 a.m. and ends back at the park. There are five rides to choose from: 100k or 75k road rides for trained athletes, 30k or 15k family rides or a 2k mini ride for families with young children.  Choose a distance that is right for you or collect pledges and do yoga in the park instead!
