Tips for Older Adults on ‘Living Your Best Quality of Life’
Trillium’s free Health Talks series addresses seniors’ health and wellness on June 16 at Trillium - West Toronto
Mississauga/West Toronto – Trillium Health Centre’s third Health Talks eventwill focus on seniors’ health and offer information on how older adults in the community can live their best quality of life.
The free educational session, entitled Older Adults: Living your Best Quality of Life, will take place at Trillium's West Toronto location from 6:30 p.m. to 8 p.m. and will feature discussions with experts from Trillium’s Seniors’ Health team.

- Tips and services to support older adults

The seminar will take place in the Trillium Way at Trillium - West Toronto. Those interested in attending this event can register by calling 1-88-Trillium (1-888-745-5486) or e-mailing HealthTalks@thc.on.ca with their names and number of guests.
This is the third of six free bi-monthly Health Talks to be hosted this year by Trillium Health Centre. Each event will focus on a specific health issue and feature specialists in the related fields.
