Learn all about “Caring for your back” on October 12 at Trillium
Free Health Talks seminar presented by Trillium Health Centre’s Spine Institute and its partners
Mississauga/West Toronto – Sore back? Thousands of Ontarians share your pain. Want some information on what to do about it?
Come to Trillium Health Centre’s ‘Health Talks: Caring for your back,’ a free educational seminar on Tuesday, October 12.
Learn about common causes of back pain and associated symptoms, gain an understanding of the anatomy of the spine and explore treatment options with Trillium Health Centre’s Spine Institute team.
The session, which is open to the public by registration, will feature presentations by and discussions with neurosurgeons and physiotherapists from Trillium’s Spine Institute, which is located at Trillium - West Toronto.

- Prevention and treatment of back pain and how to select a physiotherapist - presented by Anna Lee and Rebecca Blakey-Moore, Registered Physiotherapists, Trillium Health Centre
- Q&A with the Spine Centre Rehab Team
The seminar will take place in the Auditorium at Trillium - Mississauga. Free parking is available in the west hospital parking lot (enter from Confederation Pkwy, at Queensway West, two lights west of Hurontario St.).
