The message will be printed and delivered to you or to an appropriate party on-site.

Please note that in an effort to deliver the message, your e-mail will be forwarded to the appropriate staff, and therefore is not strictly private. Confidential information should not be included.

E-mailing patients at Trillium is a one-way service only. Patients do not have the means to respond to messages.
