Contacting A Patient

Patients at Trillium Health Centre can be contacted either by telephone or by e-mail.

By Telephone
Telephones are located beside each patient’s bedside. Friends and family members are welcome to call anytime between 7:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m.

If you have a touchtone phone, dial our automated attendant at (905) 848-7580 and enter the patient’s extension.

Call Patient Enquiry at (905) 848-7533 and ask to be connected to your loved one.
