Trillium's Mental Health Clinics offer outpatient services to adults 18 years of age and older, who:

• reside in Mississauga or South Toronto
• have a family physician
• have a serious mental illness, such as:
  • Depression
  • Bipolar Affective Disorder
  • Schizophrenia
  • Schizo-affective Disorder
  • Delusional Disorder

Services Offered Include:

• Case Coordination
• Psychiatric Consultation
• Counselling
• Psycho-educational Groups
• Family Education and Support
• Transitional Youth Support

Assessment and Treatment Team
