ReLinC Services Mississauga - Mississauga
ReLinC Services is a community-based case management service
for Mississauga residents, aged 16 and over, with a history
of serious and persistent mental illness. Case managers work
in partnership with clients to develop the skills and supports
they need to live successfully in the community. They meet
with clients either in their own home or in the community.
Referral: Clients are referred by health care professionals,
family and community agencies.
