Outpatient Physiotherapy
Trillium Health
Centre - West Toronto
For patients living with acute orthopaedic conditions such as fractures, soft tissue injuries, joint replacements, and other surgical procedures, individualized treatment is provided and enhanced with a range of group programs supported by physiotherapists. Programs include Back Education, Knee Classes, and Pool Therapy. The physiotherapists are also active members of the Fracture Clinic team.
Other programs provided by Outpatient Physiotherapy include the Prevocational Program; the Respiratory Rehabilitation Program; and the Arthritis Society Partnership Program.
Outpatient Physiotherapy Service Moving to Trillium – West Toronto
Trillium Health Centre will be consolidating the Outpatient Physiotherapy Service at our Mississauga and West Toronto locations into one physical location at Trillium – West Toronto. This is in keeping with Trillium Health Centre’s vision to centralize all ambulatory services and clinics at West Toronto.
As of Tuesday, August 23, 2011, the Outpatient Physiotherapy Service for both locations will be located at Trillium – West Toronto on the ground floor adjacent to the Urgent Care Centre. Renovation to this facility will be taking place from August 8 to 19, 2011.
During the renovation phase of the existing facility at our West Toronto location, from August 8 to 19, all physiotherapy will be temporarily relocated to Trillium – Mississauga, 100 Queensway West. The service is located on the ground floor just inside the east entrance.
