More than 40 surgeons perform minor
surgical procedures through Trillium's Surgical Clinics. Experiencing
more than 36,500 patient visits annually, the Surgical Clinics
perform several different procedures including minor eye procedures,
varicose vein injections, simple cosmetic procedures, minor
ear, nose & throat procedures and carpel tunnel release.
A large plastic
surgery clinic provides a dedicated hand injury program as
well as general plastic surgery procedures, including simple
cosmetic cases.
A dedicated Colposcopy
Suite provides a special environment for women for the diagnosis
and treatment of abnormal pap smears. The latest addition
to the Surgical Clinics is the new Neuro Pain Management Clinic
to which patients can be referred through their family physician.
