Paediatrics Unit

Our 18-bed inpatient
unit provides care and treatment to children up to 18 years
of age. The unit features a playroom for children, a dedicated
activity room for teenagers, and the ability to support the
overnight stay of a parent in each room. A special feature
of the unit is the availability of a Child Life Specialist
who strives to promote the optimum development of children,
adolescents and families, to maintain normal living patterns
and to minimize psychological trauma while in hospital.
