informed about the latest developments at the hospital, Trillium
Health Centre periodically produces special purpose publications
and advertises in our local papers, The Mississauga News and
The Etobicoke Guardian. These materials contain important
information on Trillium’s programs and services, organizational-wide
announcements, and health information.

Like other health
care organizations, Trillium Health Centre is challenged with
sustaining and growing staff, physician and volunteer resources
to meet patient care needs over the next number of years.
To meet this challenge, one of Trillium’s priorities
is the adoption of a workforce plan. Trillium’s Workforce
Plan contains comprehensive information about Trillium, demographics
about the people that work here, the strategic direction of
the organization and planned workforce strategies to bridge
the gap between supply and demand.
