Trillium Health Centre's Quality Improvement Plan sets out clear goals and targets for improvement in 2011-12, along with an approach and specific changes that will be implemented to drive that improvement.

Patient Safety Indicators
The Credit Valley Hospital and Trillium Health Centre is committed to patient safety. Every member of our hospital – staff, physicians and volunteers – plays a role in protecting the lives of our patients through education and hand hygiene, process improvement and system resdesign.
Together, we are improving the safety of our patients.
