Tips for Applying to Volunteer at Trillium

  • Be specific about the areas you wish to volunteer in.  This helps us determine if there is an appropriate fit and opening.
  • Ensure your contact information is correct.
  • Do you know Trillium offers a free shuttle bus service from Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. between Trillium-Mississauga and Trillium-West Toronto? This may be a consideration for you when selecting the location you wish to volunteer.

All Volunteers must attend an Orientation Session to help prepare you for your role.  Volunteers will complete service-specific training with a Volunteer Service Leader or designated staff. This includes a tour of key areas, introduction to staff, and a thorough review of your service description and duties. The process takes approximately one month.
